Can't log in into License Manager

Whenever I try to log into the License Manager, I get the following error message:
The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relations.

Do you know what the reason for this could be?

I can't log in to the License Manager again, it says that the timout exeeded.
Will this be resolved soon ?
