Trying to figure this out, but no such luck yet. My computer's hard drive recently crashed and upon re-installing FaceFX, realized I had one license checked out for my machine, and the expiration was set to 0. If anyone could point me to the method to reactivating or retrieving the license it'd be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, we can only do this on our server. We encourage everyone to set the expiration time on their licenses so that if something like this happens you only have to wait out your expiration time.
You have more than 1 license in your pool, so in order to help I need to know either the MAC address of the computer that crashed or the GUID of the license that you have lost.
