I have searched and was not able to find a way to save a viewport layout inside FaceFX Studio 2013.3(Unlimited)
Is there a way that I can save my layout? or create a default?

Unfortunately not. It's been a feature we have wanted to add for some time, but the underlying technology we have chosen and our existing customizations to it has made it a difficult feature to add.
If you can post a little more information (or email us) with exactly what you are trying to do, there maybe other things we can do to make your life easier.
