I keep reading about the ability to 'funnel the phonemes' in FaceFx Studio 2012 & up
However, I've been able to find no information on how to actually do this
Can someone explain how this process works in 2013?

It is now automatic in FaceFX 2012 and 2013. In prior versions it was a Python script that you could run manually, but now it happens automatically during analysis.
